Returns Policy

Returns can be made on unused products only, that you have had for less than 30 days. A 15% restocking fee will apply. Shipping charges not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please email or call us for a Return Authorization Number, and return shipping instructions.  All product returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number and a copy of your Customer invoice. No collect shipments will be accepted.

Defective products will not incur a restocking fee and credit for items will be applied to customers account or refunded to customers method of payment upon receipt of items.

United States and International Orders: We are not responsible for any additional fees you may incur through customs. Should you refuse the package, or is denied by customs of your country, and package is returned to us, you will be refunded, however a restocking fee of 15% will apply. Shipping charges will not be refunded.  Any additional fees imposed by the carrier for the return will also be deducted from your return total.
